We currently ship to customers within India and the European Union (EU) only.

Prices may vary depending on your location due to currency conversion. However, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are covered by Mareen for deliveries to India and the EU. Customers will not be required to pay anything additional upon delivery.

Please note: This coverage does not apply to returns. Return-related shipping costs or duties remain the customer’s responsibility.

You are also responsible for compliance with local laws, including import restrictions and product-specific regulations. Mareen is not liable for delays due to customs or legal clearance in your country.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Shipping

We currently ship only within India and the European Union (EU). Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on each product page, as many of our pieces are made-to-order.

Mareen covers all duties, customs fees, and taxes for shipments to customers in India and the EU. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

Shipping timelines may vary by location and are subject to courier service conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in both India and the EU.
• EU returns must be sent to our warehouse in Germany.
• India returns must be sent to our facility in Ahmedabad.

Duties, taxes, or any courier fees incurred during returns are not covered by Mareen and must be borne by the customer.

Returned items must be unused, with all labels attached, and securely packed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the full product value. This credit can be used to place a new order, including for exchanges.

Note: As our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order, we encourage thoughtful purchases. Please check sizing and color details carefully to support slow fashion and reduce unnecessary returns.

SECTION 5 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to existing restrictions, users are explicitly prohibited from:

1. Violating international trade laws, including embargoes and sanctions.
2. Attempting to circumvent import/export restrictions applicable in their jurisdictions.

Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
